Overview :

The Strategic Procurement Support Associate will support procurement and strategic sourcing activities across multiple categories. The role focuses on spend analysis, sourcing execution, vendor coordination, reporting, and process adherence, enabling the procurement team to deliver cost savings, efficiency improvements, and sourcing excellence.

  • Perform spend analysis and reporting to support procurement initiatives.
  • Support RFP/RFQ processes, vendor communication, and bid evaluation.
  • Prepare cost models, sourcing comparisons, and evaluation summaries.
  • Maintain supplier data, contracts repository, and sourcing documentation.
  • Track sourcing projects, savings, and compliance metrics.
  • Support vendor onboarding, compliance validation, and documentation checks.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Excel / Power BI.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with category leads and internal stakeholders.
  • Independently manage small-to-medium sourcing projects and basic negotiations.
  • Identify cost optimization and efficiency opportunities.
  • Support contract analysis, benchmarking, and market research.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Excel and Oracle ERP.
  • Understanding of procurement lifecycle & sourcing processes.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2 – 5 years in sourcing, procurement operations, or procurement analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA / Supply Chain certification is a plus).
  • Hands-on sourcing execution professional capable of managing tasks independently.

Shift Timings: 5:00 pm – 2:00 am IST
