Junior Corporate Accountant

Are you an experienced finance professional with strong corporate accounting expertise and a sharp eye for accuracy, reporting, and financial performance?

We are looking for a Corporate Accountant to join our team remotely, supporting multiple group entities — KOA, KAMS, and Proplab — across real estate and community management operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial reporting and ensure timely month-end closing
• Prepare accurate financial reports and management packs for senior leadership and the Board
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning with a strong focus on accuracy
• Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and working capital management
• Manage multi-entity accounting, consolidation, and reporting
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable accounting standards
• Develop financial dashboards and performance reports to monitor business health and key trends
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business and operational decision-making
• Ensure strong financial controls, data accuracy, and timely reporting across entities

• Strong corporate accounting and financial reporting experience
• Excellent financial analysis and business partnering skills
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and corporate reporting standards
• Excellent cash flow and working capital management skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI experience is a strong advantage
• Confident communication and presentation skills, including presenting to senior leadership
• Proven experience managing accounting and finance processes across multiple entities
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of corporate accounting experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and UAE tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Must have a driving license
