As we continue to expand our Nordic platform, significant investments are being made in new sites, capacity expansion, and strategic initiatives. To support this journey, we are looking for an Business Partner - to join our Finance team.

The Role

This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and investment decision-making. You will be responsible for analyzing investment cases, tracking project portfolio health and advise on improvement actions, evaluating capital allocation opportunities, and supporting the business with strategic analysis.

You will work closely with Finance and Development, and senior leadership to ensure that investment decisions are supported by high-quality financial insight, clear governance, and a thorough understanding of value creation and risk.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis & Business Cases

  • Develop and maintain financial plans for major investment initiatives.
  • Identify options to optimize capital deployment for value maximization
  • Assess the financial viability of new sites, capacity expansions, and infrastructure projects.
  • Support strategic decision-making with scenario modelling and business case development.

Planning & Forecasting

  • Contribute to long-range planning and investment forecasting.
  • Ensure consistency between operational assumptions, growth plans, and financial projections.
  • Support capital planning activities across the organization.

Strategic Decision Support

  • Provide financial insight and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Analyze strategic options, risks, and trade-offs related to growth initiatives.
  • Support financing processes through financial analysis and modelling.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner.

Governance & Portfolio Management

  • Establish and maintain robust investment governance practices.
  • Monitor investment performance against approved business cases.
  • Ensure consistency in methodologies, assumptions, and documentation standards.

Data, Systems & Processes

  • Develop dashboards and reporting related to CAPEX and investment performance.
  • Improve transparency around investment returns and project outcomes.
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of processes.

We Are Looking For

You are intellectually curious, highly analytical, and motivated by solving complex business challenges. You enjoy working with strategic questions, large-scale investments, and decision-making processes that have long-term impact on the business.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering Economics, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience within Corporate Finance, Commercial Management, Investment Analysis, FP&A, Transaction Advisory, Infrastructure Finance, Investment Banking, or Private Equity.

  • Experience working on financial plans for large infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Experience with ERP, EPM, BI, and reporting tools.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
