Job Identification

Leads the management of coolers, refrigeration equipment, and fleet operations, ensuring asset availability, efficient maintenance, safety compliance, cost control, and high service quality. The role also supports business objectives through effective asset utilization, team leadership, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Expect

• Supervise and lead the Technical Services team to ensure the efficient installation, maintenance, repair, and retrieval of coolers and vehicles.
• Ensure the continuous availability and readiness of coolers and equipment to support business operations and customer requirements.
• Plan, monitor, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for coolers, equipment, and the vehicle fleet.
• Manage company assets, including coolers and equipment, by monitoring their allocation, utilization, movement, and retrieval to maximize asset efficiency.
• Ensure prompt response to technical breakdowns and minimize equipment and cooler downtime.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team and resolve complex issues related to refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and technical standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements during all maintenance and technical service activities.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to coolers and fleet operations, including availability, breakdown rates, response times, and maintenance efficiency.
• Manage spare parts, tools, and technical equipment to ensure smooth and efficient maintenance operations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other relevant departments to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Monitor maintenance costs, fuel consumption, and equipment utilization while driving cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and performance management to enhance technical expertise and productivity.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely updating of maintenance records, asset registers, and technical reports.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Support the execution of cooler and equipment management strategies to maximize asset utilization and support business growth.
• Develop annual plans for cooler requirements and cooler mix based on Sales Department needs and business objectives.
• Prepare and share technical and financial reports and analyses related to cooler and fleet management with management.
• Develop budgets and estimate expenditures for coolers and equipment, while monitoring spending to ensure alignment with the annual budget and business plan.
