Business Unit Overview

As part of the Management Consulting team, you’ll shape how organizations operate, perform, and grow. We deliver end-to-end consulting solutions across Finance Transformation, Accounting Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Supply Chain & Efficiency Transformation, Enterprise Solutions and capability building through PwC Academy. It’s where business performance meets human potential, backed by technology, powered by purpose.

How You’ll Contribute

As a Manager within Enterprise Solutions, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead client engagements, facilitating discovery workshops and advising senior stakeholders on data, AI, cloud, and digital transformation strategies.
• Architect and deliver end-to-end data & AI solutions on Google Cloud, including data platforms, analytics, MLOps, GenAI, and application modernization.
• Drive solution governance, ensuring scalability, security, reliability, responsible AI, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Manage complex programmes and cross-functional teams, overseeing budgets, risks, delivery quality, architecture assurance, and stakeholder management.
• Contribute to business growth and innovation through pre-sales, thought leadership, reusable accelerators, alliance engagement, and mentoring technical teams.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Relevant Google Cloud certification preferred, particularly Professional Data Engineer, Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or Professional Cloud Architect.

• 6-10+ years of experience across data engineering, analytics, machine learning, AI, or cloud platform delivery.

• 3+ years of hands-on Google Cloud data or AI experience, including architecture, technical leadership, or workstream delivery.

• Experience leading end-to-end enterprise data, machine learning, or generative AI implementations in complex environments.

• Python, PySpark, SQL, Apache Spark, data modelling, distributed processing, and performance optimization

• BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer, Dataplex, and integration patterns

• Vertex AI, ML pipelines, model deployment, experiment tracking, model monitoring, feature engineering, and MLOps

• Gemini and GenAI patterns including RAG, vector search, agents, prompt evaluation, safety controls, and LLM observability
