MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We are looking for translators with experience in translating patents from English into Japanese (native-level fluency of Japanese) for a patent translation project.

MAIN DUTIES

Translate Biology, Chemistry patent documents from English into Japanese with original meaning conveyed in a manner that is readable and understandable to target audience.

Volume per week: +5,000 words per week

Requirements

• Have strong experience of Patent Translation such as Biology, Chemistry.
• Native level fluency of Japanese
• At least 3-years' experience in translating patent
• Good at using CAT Tools, such as, XTM and Trados etc.
• Prompt responses on emails
