About The Role
The Executive, Client Management Support plays a key enabling role within DKSH's Healthcare business in Cambodia by delivering high-quality administrative support that ensures smooth and efficient service delivery across the function. In this position, you will provide comprehensive operational and organizational support to senior leadership, enabling effective decision-making and seamless business continuity across the Client Management team.
What You Will Deliver
- Manage the Vice President's calendar, schedule arrangements, and authorized email correspondence to ensure seamless and efficient executive time management
- Provide comprehensive daily administrative support on behalf of the assigned manager, including travel scheduling, agenda management, hotel and air ticket bookings, and visa coordination
- Plan, prepare, and organize materials for meetings, conferences, and conference calls, including conducting background research using credible sources to deliver accurate and well-structured information and findings
- Record accurate minutes of meetings, prepare and circulate approved memos and meeting summaries, and follow up on action items with internal and external stakeholders within agreed timelines
- Conduct research, feasibility studies, and market scans to generate meaningful insights on market opportunities and trends that support informed strategic decision-making
- Maintain and update internal reports and databases to ensure leadership has access to timely, accurate, and relevant business information
- Lead or actively contribute to special projects and surveys related to business development and key organizational initiatives, delivering outcomes within defined scope and timelines
- Manage the office filing system and maintain organized departmental correspondence records to support operational efficiency and information retrieval
- Serve as a reliable communication channel between the Manager and department personnel, facilitating timely information flow and aligned decision-making
- Contribute to efficient resource utilization by supporting the management of day-to-day operating expenditures within approved budgets
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
What You Bring
- Certificate or diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent; additional qualifications in engineering, chemical sciences, medical devices, or related technical disciplines will be considered favorably
- Minimum two to three years of experience in a similar role
- Experience and knowledge of the pharmaceutical or medical device, diagnostics, or instrumentation industry is an added advantage
- Demonstrated awareness and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Proficiency in conducting internet research to source and validate factual information in support of business and strategic needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in the local language; working proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage
