Project Controls Analyst

Wood (trading locally as WOOD KSS LLP) is looking to hire Project Controls Analyst (KZ Passport holders) with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry to join our Operations business, based in Atyrau, Kazakhstan.

• KC analysis and the detailed categorization of data required to enable Anaplan enhancements and automated reporting.

• Contract Change Management activities, including support for the Control Tower Board process.

• CAPEX-related Anaplan modifications and reporting enhancements.

• Support for Project Controls processes, reporting requirements, systems enhancements, and strategic initiatives as required

• Monitoring job progress according to schedules, identifying scope changes, developing and issuing project variances, trending and analysis of expenditures and completion reports, and/or all aspects of cost control;

• Prepares phasing of project budgets, does cost reporting for the projects with cost S-curves;

• Participates in the forecast process

• To collect and analyse data and information in order to estimate costs associated with manufacturing a product.

• Works proactively towards cost target objectives in collaboration with others
