Shift Supervisor

About this Position

Henkel is searching a Shift Supervisor in Alatau, Zarechnoye village, Henkel plant.

What you´ll do

• Ensure the completion of shift production targets.
• Supervise personnel and production line operations.
• Prepare work schedules and assign production tasks.
• Order raw materials and packaging materials.
• Conduct inventory counts.
• Maintain records of all types of equipment downtime.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving and optimizing work processes.
• Monitor packaging quality, product appearance, and proper stacking.
• Monitor the quality and consumption of production supplies.
• Maintain records of finished goods output.
• Ensure the cleanliness of equipment and the production area.

What makes you a good fit

• Secondary education.
• At least three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Russian and/or Kazakh is mandatory.
• Basic computer skills.

• Compensation includes a fixed salary and a performance-based bonus.
• Five-day working week, with a two-shift schedule:
  Shift 1: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  Shift 2: 4:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
