Value Stream Group Leader

As a Value Stream Group Leader, you take responsibility for the functional and disciplinary leadership of a team in our production environment. You ensure stable processes, reliable resource planning and the joint achievement of daily production targets. In this role, you combine strong operational understanding with a people-focused leadership style and a clear drive for continuous improvement.

Your role

• In this versatile leadership role, you are responsible for the functional and disciplinary leadership of your employees and support their individual development.
• You are responsible for capacity planning, resource allocation and production according to the value stream principle, ensuring stable and reliable production processes.
• You lead the daily shopfloor meetings of your team and create transparency, structure and a clear focus on the most important topics of the day.
• You actively contribute to production-related projects, both as a project leader and as a project team member.
• You communicate proactively with interface departments and promote effective, solution-oriented collaboration across teams.

Your profile

• Committed, team-oriented and communicative personality with enthusiasm for leadership, responsibility and collaboration in a production environment.
• Structured way of working, high level of commitment and a good understanding of stable production processes.
• Completed vocational training or relevant experience in production.
• First leadership experience or experience in leading projects.
• Ideally, experience in working with ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Very good German skills and good English skills (min. B1), both written and spoken.
