Key purpose of the Job

As Intern - Sub Contract Operations, you will work closely with the Manager - Production and support the production team in ensuring the effective utilization of departmental resources. The role involves assisting sewing modules to help achieve planned production targets while adhering to established quality assurance standards.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager - Production in monitoring and supporting plant production activities to achieve planned production targets and specified customer standards.​
• ​Support customer complaints and production-related issues, ensuring timely follow-up and practical solutions under guidance.​
• ​Help build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, their representatives, and internal departments.​
• ​Contribute to workforce productivity, team motivation, and compliance with plant policies and procedures.​

Education

Undergraduate in Production Engineering or a related field​
