Key Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process of medical and non-medical staff, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, reference checks, and pre-employment documentation.
- Conduct HR onboarding and induction covering company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate attendance and leave records and support duty rosters for medical and clinical teams.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs, verifying attendance, overtime, allowances and coordinating with statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitateLearning & Development programs, including mandatory and ongoing training relating to patient safety, clinical procedure, and role-specific training.
- Coordinate the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, probation reviews, annual appraisals, and employee development activities.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives to enhance employee experience and strengthen employee engagement.
- Act as the first point of contact for routine employee matters, providing support on HR policies, employee welfare, grievances, and workplace-related concerns.
- Maintain and update employee information and HR records in HR systems.
- Prepare monthly HR reports on headcount, attendance, leave, turnover, recruitment, training, and medical credential status.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a healthcare institution, hospitality, or premium service environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of HR administration and Sri Lankan employment practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and follow-up.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, premium healthcare environment and manage both medical and non-medical staff requirement.
