Senior Process Associate - Financial Services

Job Responsibilities

• Process and manage supplier and vendor payments in accordance with company policies and payment schedules
• Prepare, verify, and post payment vouchers and supporting documentation for approval and payment processing
• Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately within the accounting system
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Treasury, to ensure the timely processing of payments and obtain remittance confirmations when required
• Maintain and update payment trackers, reports, and financial records
• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve payment-related discrepancies in a timely manner
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address finance-related queries and issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures

Person Specifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting with minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payables
• Following or completed a relevant degree program or professional qualification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
• Good knowledge and experience in Advanced Excel with analytical skills
• Willingness to work for the Saudi Arabian Time (10.30am to 7.30pm) & Calendar
