MAS Matrix, is a diversified flat-knit apparel manufacturing facility under MAS Holdings. Matrix houses 1000 Stoll flatbed machines offerings athleisure wear, performance wear, essentials and knit components for global brands such as Nike, Decathlon, Gymshark, Lacoste, Victoria's Secret and Stoko. Changing business dynamics prompted Matrix to explore innovative product solutions that go beyond the traditional realm of sweaters, launching its latest product platform, MVTM, a collection of highly functional, versatile, and fashion-forward designs.

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to coordinate all dyeing & washing operation & batch perpetration activities pertaining production in order to ensure production targets are met thereby ensuring on time delivery of products as per customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Involve in the dyeing related issues.
• Effectively monitor and make decisions for the colour rejections, redyeing, rewashing through the visual inspection, testing and other relevant measurements.
• Following urgent batches, prioritize them based on the customer requirement and production deadlines.
• Training the in chargers and support for the colour matching to ensure that the process is consistent and accurate.
• Manage the issues related to new orders and take technical solutions.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Dying and Finishing in Apparel industry.
• Sound knowledge on operation environment of dyeing & Finishing.
• Ability to work with External suppliers with negotitions.
• Good communication skills (Verble & written).
• Problem solving skills.
• Computer literacy
