Positioned as a global centre of excellence, the Bodywear Value Stream combines advanced product innovation, technology-led solutions and operational scale to meet evolving consumer expectations across intimate and swim categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in research and development activities related to fabric innovation and product improvement.
• Support in conducting lab tests, trials, and sample evaluations.
• Collect, analyse, and document data from experiments and development processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and technical departments.
• Assist in preparing reports on research findings and development progress.
• Maintain proper documentation of samples, test results, and development records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Qualification and Experience:

• Following a degree or Diploma in Textile Technology, Material Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of fabric processes and textile testing methods will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Attention to detail with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
