Social Media Buyer

We are looking for a Mid Meta Media Buyer to own paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Reddit, and turn data into creative strategies that drive real growth. We are looking for someone who thinks like a strategist, moves fast on performance data, and knows how to brief a creative team that ships winning content, to join our Marketing team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Main Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Paid Social channels (Meta, TikTok, Reddit)
• Be a core part of our creative pipeline: brief designers, suggest new concepts, and request edits to performance-focused videos, then watch those creative decisions drive real revenue growth
• Work alongside the content team to create engaging, high-performing content
• Keep results in line with KPIs, and push to exceed them, not just meet them
• Keep an eye on competitor advertising activity and stay on top of the latest trends in social media advertising
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, build better strategies, and share expertise on the best creative approaches
• Develop audience strategies using tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms
• Manage budgets and make sure campaigns run efficiently and within allocated spend

What We Expect

• Expertise managing Paid Social channels, including Meta, TikTok, and Reddit
• Proven experience creating and implementing successful campaign strategies
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into winning creative briefs
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills to monitor campaign execution and ensure accuracy
• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to set up dashboards and use the latest analytics tools to track and optimize performance
• Ability to bring innovative ideas and strategies to the table
• Excellent written and spoken English

Gross Monthly Salary

2200 – 3300 eur gross monthly (depending on your experience and expertise). Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competence.
