We are building a group-level sales training function and we are looking for trainer who will create it with us. This is a role in Teltonika's Headquaters and the result of your work shows up not in participant surveys, but in real changes in sales performance – across all offices and Profit Centers in the Teltonika Group.
In this role you will have significant ownership of the full training cycle – analyzing business requirements, drafting and creating the program, tailoring it to specific global needs, setting impact KPIs, delivering, measuring the impact on business and reporting to stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
- Design and develop training content for your core program direction, building on best practice already present across our companies and applying different learning methods and formats;
- Deliver training to mixed groups from different Profit Centers – in different setups: classroom, team development and individual coaching sessions, both in person and online;
- Establish and track a training efficiency system – define KPIs, collect data, report impact on business indicators;
- Tailor program content to fit cross-cultural and cross-functional specifics;
- Take part in train-the-trainer development programs and cross learning – both training quality skills and a variety of other training topics related to sales.
Program directions
- New sales representatives – Teltonika sales competencies, sales discipline, core sales methodology, product portfolio, business presentation;
- Experienced sales representatives – advanced B2B selling, partnership building and buyer psychology, value selling, negotiation capability;
- PGV development – the manager's role, team performance, team development with impact and coaching methods.

What we expect
- Experience delivering sales or management training, or a strong sales/management track record with a clear pull towards developing others;
- Experience across various types and formats of training: large events, classroom workshops, team coaching, individual development, and online delivery;
- Ability to build a session that changes behaviour based on modern adult learning techniques;
- Ability to create training materials from scratch and adapt them to different markets and cultures;
- Data-driven mindset: you define what success looks like, measure it, and connect training results to business outcomes;
- Confidence facilitating live groups and giving direct, useful feedback to experienced people;
- Fluent Lithuanian and English, spoken and written;
- Readiness for regular travel – around 30-60% of your working time may be spent away, in uneven cycles.
Salary
The base (hourly) salary range is from 24 EUR/hour to 30 EUR/hour, pre-tax (3984 Eur - 4980 Eur), depending on your experience and qualifications.
*Please note: the employment contract specifies and establishes the gross hourly base salary before taxes.
