We’re looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to bring clarity and control to our tax compliance across multiple markets—ensuring filings, reconciliations, and records are accurate, efficient, and always on time.

• Collect, prepare, and reconcile financial data required for VAT, GST, sales tax, and other tax filings.
• Coordinate the tax compliance process with external tax advisors: provide required data, review prepared returns, raise questions or comments, and approve submissions.
• Perform critical reviews of tax calculations and declarations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with accounting records.
• Work closely with internal accountants to resolve discrepancies between tax reports, declarations, and bookkeeping entries.
• Ensure tax liabilities and submitted declarations are accurately reflected in the accounting system.
• Support tax registrations and ongoing compliance requirements in relevant jurisdictions.
• Maintain clear tax documentation, trackers, filing calendars, and supporting records.
• Assist with communication and information requests from external advisors, tax authorities, and auditors.
• Monitor deadlines and manage a high volume of tax-related data across multiple entities and markets.
• Support process improvements, automation, and AI-driven solutions to make tax compliance processes more efficient and reliable.

Your part in the bigger picture:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in tax accounting or consultancy, preferably in a multinational company group or complex business environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Thorough understanding of indirect tax regulations of Lithuania and across multiple jurisdictions (EU, US, UK and other countries)
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with external consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated integrity, strategic mindset, and results-driven approach.
• Proactive mindset, curiosity, and openness to using AI and automation tools in daily work.
