Business Analyst (AI & Automation)

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our AI & Automation team. In this role, you'll work with business stakeholders, process owners, and our AI & RPA engineers to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve how the business works. You will discover and map stakeholder needs, translate them into clear requirements, and validate solutions through rapid prototyping cycles and proof-of-concept (POC) building. This role involves owning initiatives from ambiguity to specification: taking an idea from the first stakeholder conversation to a validated POC, securing sign-off, and handing over clear documentation together with a working prototype to the development team. You should be comfortable collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders and contributing to the organization's broader digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Discover and map stakeholder needs through process analysis and workshops

• Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with business and technical teams

• Translate requirements into clear technical tasks for the development team: user stories, workflows, diagrams

• Promote rapid prototyping cycles to validate solutions before development

• Present prototypes to stakeholders, collect feedback, and ensure solution quality

• Prepare structured handover documentation for the development team

• Ensure smooth communication between business and technical teams

• Use data and KPIs to support decision-making and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or tech environments

• Solid understanding of agile and software development processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, etc.

• Excellent communication in Lithuanian and English

• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and projects.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with AI technologies (e.g. LLM-based tools, AI assistants)

• Prototyping mindset - you have built mock-ups or POCs yourself, whether with low-code tools, spreadsheets, or AI tools

• Experience working directly with data.

Salary:

€3,000–€4,000 gross (before taxes). The final salary will be agreed individually, based on the candidate’s experience.
