Junior Social & Community Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Social & Community Specialist to grow Arctic Adventures' presence and visibility on Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. We are looking for someone proactive, comfortable building genuine connections online, and eager to use AI tools and automation to work smarter, to join our Marketing team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

What You'll Do

• Grow our presence and visibility on Reddit by staying active in relevant subreddits
• Write and publish posts on LinkedIn
• Proactively engage in relevant Facebook groups and on X
• Respond to comments and build genuine connections across Facebook and Instagram
• Spread awareness of the brand and identify new community and partnership opportunities
• Plan and prioritize your own tasks, taking initiative to set and deliver on self-defined goals
• Track and report on progress and visibility growth using our analytics tools
• Use AI tools daily and apply automation to work more efficiently
• Reply to positive review on Google, Tripadvisor, other booking platforms

What We're Looking For

• Interest in social media, online communities, and brand building
• Curious about AI tools and automation, and eager to use them daily
• Genuine interest in learning more about the platform
• Excellent written English
• A proactive, can-do attitude, with the responsiveness, motivation, and flexibility to keep learning and connect with people
• Experience managing a company's social media channels, such as LinkedIn, is a plus

Gross Monthly Salary

1,870 – 2,630 EUR gross monthly (depending on your experience and expertise). We're open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competence.
