Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
• Passion for Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, and AML/CTF.

Preferred:

• Experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations, including AML/CTF and prudential requirements.
• Experience working with banks, fintechs, payment institutions, or other regulated financial institutions.
• Relevant certifications (or progress toward them), such as CIA, CRMA, CFE, CAMS, FRM, or CFA.

Your future role

As a Manager in our GRC practice, you will:

• Lead advisory projects for Lithuanian and international clients, primarily in financial services.
• Assess and improve governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
• Support clients with regulatory compliance, including AML/CTF and prudential requirements.
• Deliver credit risk, internal audit, and assurance engagements.
• Identify risks, control gaps, and opportunities for improvement, providing practical recommendations.
• Lead project teams, deliver client-ready reports and presentations, and mentor junior colleagues.
• Contribute to business development activities and continuously expand your GRC expertise.

We collaborate with teams from across our organization in order to bring the full breadth of Deloitte to best support our clients. Our Advisory professionals help clients solve complex issues impacting risk, integrity and efficiency. Our team helps clients address compliance to regulations, improve processes and controls and implement new regulatory requirements. Our practice can provide the support organizations need with a comprehensive approach to tackle the most challenging regulatory compliance and other operational issues that affect success of the clients.
