Consultant in AML/KYC & Financial Crime

Luxembourg | Permanent Contract

Join our Financial Services team and support leading financial institutions in strengthening their AML/KYC frameworks, improving client lifecycle processes and responding to evolving Financial Crime requirements.

Your Role

• Contribute to AML/KYC and Financial Crime transformation projects.
• Analyse and improve client onboarding, periodic review and remediation processes.
• Perform business analysis, gap assessments and process documentation.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into operational solutions.
• Support the design of governance frameworks, controls and target operating models.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, Business, Data and Technology stakeholders.

Your Profile

• You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Business or a related field.
• You have experience in AML/KYC, Financial Crime, Compliance or client lifecycle management.
• You understand customer due diligence, onboarding and periodic review processes.
• Experience in management consulting, business analysis or transformation projects is strongly valued.
• You are structured, pragmatic and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
• You are fluent in French and English. German is an asset.
