Job Description

Technical Support :

• Provides direct technical support on-site.

• Supports and guides technicians.

• Provides assistance with complex troubleshooting.

• Ensures that questions from the client or management are answered.

Administrative and Management Aspects

• Ensures that the technicians under his supervision adhere to the maintenance schedule.

Qualifications

Fluent English and a good level of French
