Slot Attendant

In your daily work, you will create an unforgettable experience for our clients, provide excellent customer service, and share information about our slot machines. • You have secondary education and are eager to work in the entertainment industry (experience in customer service will be considered an advantage).

• You have excellent Latvian language skills (knowledge of foreign languages will be considered an advantage).

• You are communicative and enjoy working in a team.

• You approach work and responsibilities with accountability.

• You are flexible and able to work shifts (days, nights, and weekends).

• Serve our clients in accordance with the company’s service standards.

• Provide information about our slot machines.

• Inform clients about current offers and promotions.

• Prepare various reports.
