Could you be the full-time Industrial Planner in Fez we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and planning expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, proactive, and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of manufacturing plans and schedules. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as manufacturing, supply chain, and planning), coordinate with production teams to meet operational goals, and address constraints impacting execution, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of launching and monitoring Work Orders according to the Manufacturing Planning & Scheduling (MPS), but also contribute to minimizing product throughput time and maintaining optimum Work in Progress (WIP).
We’ll look to you for:
- Launching, coordinating, and controlling the progress of Work Orders according to the MPS
- Providing weekly feedback to planning teams to update the MPS based on operational constraints
- Coordinating daily with teams to ensure manufacturing aligns with the plan
- Checking readiness of planned orders to ensure timely Work Order launches
- Analyzing exception messages in the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system
- Monitoring Work Order progress and ensuring adherence to schedules
- Ensuring clear and updated priority communication at the shop floor level
- Alerting planning and supply chain managers about issues impacting plan execution
- Managing information workflows for Work Orders, including job release and material consumption
- Participating in and representing Supply Chain in production line meetings
- Respecting Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and engaging in Safety Observation Visits (SOV)

- Graduated from an Engineering school or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain
- Experience in logistics within an industrial environment
- Team management experience
- Knowledge of industrial planning processes
