Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, our future Team Leader will have as missions to :
Supervise and coordinate production teams, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and achievement of production targets while developing team capabilities.
Supervise 50 production operatives and coordinate daily activities
Monitor production output, efficiency metrics, and quality indicators
Conduct meetings and briefings
Train and mentor team members; provide performance feedback
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Manage shift handovers and escalate issues to Production Supervisor
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain production documentation and reports
Manage attendance and basic disciplinary processes
Key Skills and Qualifications
Technical Diploma ( Bac+2)
5+ years production operations experience; 2+ in supervisory role
Manufacturing experience highly valued
Strong leadership and team management capability
Knowledge of automotive safety standards
Flexibility for shift work and on-call availability
