Job Responsibilities:

• Support the team with various projects and events, as needed, such as props preparation, logistic support, venue setting, etc
• Assist in the preparation of training materials and other pertinent documents
• Assist in the update and maintenance of training databases and attendance
• Assist in training room set up and maintenance
• Assist in taking photos and videos snaps for training/ event highlights
• Assist in coordinating external visit / tour
• Assist in the registration and the operation of New Hire Orientation
• Assist in poster creation and other media design
• Assist in Internship related project
• Assist in ad-hoc project and other job-related duties
• Involve in the Employee Learning Zone daily operation
• Participate in team meetings
• Manage the booking system of training rooms

Job Requirements:

• Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders
• The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum. We may request further information if needed
