Responsibility

• Manage and support Windows and Linux server environments
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
• Administer cloud platforms including AWS and Azure
• Implement security controls, patches, and vulnerability management.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Support virtualisation platforms and infrastructure upgrades.
• Automate processes through scripting and system optimisation.
• Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge with team members.

Profile

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in system administration and infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, AWS, Azure, VMware, and Veeam.
• Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Bash scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
