Job Description

• Ensure all relevant SOP’s are adhered to, to ensure consistent levels of services are maintained at all times.
• Due to the nature of our business, to understand that work schedules and demands of the position may vary from time to time.
• To have knowledge of resort/restaurant promotions/opening hours/services offered.
• To have knowledge of room types and locations within the resort.
• Demonstrate a knowledge of external locations, attractions and landmarks in the vicinity
• Reporting for duty on time and based on the daily schedule.
• Monitoring and recording of guests who enter and utilize the outlet.
• Assisting the guest at their tables and offering them drinks and cold towel
• Taking good care of the guest and being sure to maintain the cleanliness of their table.
• Heartist responsibilities include washing of cutleries, glasses and plates/cups.
• Responsible for breaking down of the snacks buffet in the bar area.
• Responsible to keep the outlet clean, tide and organize at all time
• Be always visible and proactively anticipate guest needs
• To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 02 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
• Fluency in English and Russia
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
• Serviced oriented with an eye for details
• Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
• Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and energetic
