Your Role
- Lead the definition, decomposition, authoring, and lifecycle management of vehicle feature requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs, vehicle architecture, and program objectives.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Systems, Software, Hardware, HMI, Validation, and Product teams to review requirements, resolve gaps, and manage technical dependencies.
- Establish and maintain end-to-end requirements traceability across system, subsystem, software, hardware, and validation activities.
- Evaluate requirement changes, assess technical and program impacts, and support governance through formal change-control processes.
- Partner with validation and engineering teams to define acceptance criteria, verification strategies, and compliance requirements related to safety, cybersecurity, and industry standards.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in automotive product development with a strong focus on requirements engineering, systems engineering, or feature definition.
- Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering principles, including requirements decomposition, allocation, traceability, verification, and validation aligned with INCOSE practices.
- Experience using requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS Next Generation (DNG), IBM DOORS, or similar ALM platforms.
- Solid understanding of automotive architectures, software-hardware integration, network interfaces, and functional domains such as ADAS, Connectivity, Infotainment, Body, Chassis, or Propulsion.
- Working knowledge of ISO 26262, product development processes, and the ability to translate customer, regulatory, and business needs into clear, testable, and measurable requirements.
- Advanced English.
