As Future Talent - Process Engineer, we develop and deliver technical solutions to our customers as part of the pre-projects and projects team. This position will be based in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico.
You would be required to travel up to 50% of your time.
The start date for Future Talent Program will be in February 2027.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As a Process Engineer, you will:
- Support projects from a conceptual development phase (sales) through implementation to start of commercial operation.
- Work in a multi-project environment where the role adapts to the needs of each individual project.
- Act with full responsibility for technical solutions and quality aspects of project performance, while securing project management buy in and being aligned with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
- Work with customers and colleagues in an international environment but also utilize and collaborate with resources throughout the entire organization.
- Learning and applying technical knowledge in a local and international environment.
We believe you have
- Recent graduated of an Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Biochemical or Food Engineering.
- AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
- Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Intermediate – Advanced English level.
- Have analytical and communication skills, taking initiative, team player, and willing to be part of this multicultural company.
- Passion for excellence.
- Customer centricity.
- Interest in taking your career to the next level.
- This position is for you if you are continuously seeking to improve understanding of the market, welcome new challenges and opportunities. Also, if you are good at solving problems, and a fast learner.
