Data Management Specialist I

As a Data Management Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in supporting data governance, quality, and management initiatives that ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and security of our data assets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help maintain and optimize data processes that drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

You will report directly to our Data Management Manager and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on an Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the integrity and usability of Honeywell’s data assets by supporting data management activities that align with corporate strategies and compliance requirements, enabling the company to leverage data as a strategic asset.

  • Assist in implementing data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Support data cleansing and validation efforts to maintain accurate and reliable data sets.
  • Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to facilitate data management and reporting activities.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Some experience in data management or related roles.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of data quality principles and data validation techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

WE VALUE

  • Experience supporting data management or data governance activities in a corporate environment.
  • Understanding of data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with data management tools and database systems.
