FACILITA PROYECTOS DE KAIZEN, LEAN AMNUFACTURING, (SMED, VSM, HEIJUNKA, ESTUDIOS DE TIEMPOS, KANBAN) BALANCEO DE LINEAS

IMPLEMENTAR Y MANTENER PROGRAMA DE 5 S´S

DESARROLLAR E IMPULSAR LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE PROYECTOS SUSTENTABLES QUE PERMITAN UN AHORRO EN COSTOS DE PRODUCCIÓN E IMPACTOS AMBIENTALES DE LOS PROCESOS DE PRODUCCION

ASEGURAR EL SEGUIMIENTO Y CALCULO DE IMPACTO DE DICHAS REDUCCIONES.

REALIZAR ACTUALIZACIONES DEL PROGRESO SEGÚN SE REQUIERA Y PROPORCIONANDO DOCUMENTACIÓN QUE DEMUESTRE EL VÍNCULO DIRECTO ENTRE LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DEL PROYECTO Y LA MEJORA DIRECTA DEL PROCESO A LAS OPERACIONES DE LA PLANTA.

DESARROLLAR PLAN DE PREMIACIÓN PARA LOS PROYECTOS DESARROLLADOS.

DISEÑO Y CONTROL DE CAMBIOS DE LAYOUT

SOFTWARE DE DISEÑO
