In this role you will be responsible for partnering with management to implement corporate human resources policies, programs, and initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development. You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing employee relations matters through a proactive and systematic approach. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting key HR processes, including compensation reviews, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to support workforce planning, recruitment activities, internal promotions, and talent development initiatives.
- Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, labor law cases, incident investigations, performance management, contract terminations, and exit interviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management System requirements.
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor training and development programs, employee onboarding, work regulation training, and performance evaluation processes.
- Analyze and report HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and workforce trends, providing data-driven insights to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
If you have/are:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, payroll administration, time and attendance management, or related HR operations.
- Proficiency in TRESS HRIS and payroll systems, with experience using Workforce Management platforms preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and workforce metrics management.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
