We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist - Senior to join our team specializing in Marketing for ourCummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems Business Unit , located in General Escobedo, Nuevo León.

Location: Carr. a Colombia S/N-KM 6, Sin Nombre, 66050 Cdad. Gral. Escobedo, N.L.

Work Modality: 3 days on site, 2 days home

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Develops and executes strategic marketing and communications plans aligned with business priorities and objectives, bringing together content, communications, digital channels, events, and project execution.
  • Creates, writes, edits, and delivers clear and compelling content, messaging, and communications while following Cummins brand and style guidelines.
  • Simplifies complex business and technical information into engaging, audience-focused messages.
  • Manages and supports marketing budgets, financials, and vendor-related expenses.
  • Plans and executes internal and external events and marketing activities.
  • Develops and delivers presentations and functional training to support stakeholders and business needs.
  • Collects, analyzes, and leverages metrics, data, and analytics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stays current on digital tools, emerging trends, communication channels, and marketing best practices.
  • Leads additional marketing and product marketing activities as needed to support evolving business priorities and the unique needs of the business.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimium 5 years' experience with digital marketing, including emerging trends, digital business strategies, performance metrics, paid and organic media, and advertising content, preferred in Commercial Truck sector
  • Experience with graphic design and visual communications, with the ability to develop engaging content across multiple communication channels.
  • Client or account management experience, with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with marketing systems, digital platforms, or account management tools; experience supporting system integration is a plus.
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Value Stream Transformation, or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
  • Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively.

    Education, Licenses, Certifications:
    University degree in communications, marketing, or a related subject required

The Sr. Marketing Specialist serves as the primary marketing partner and point of contact for Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems stakeholders, translating business priorities into strategic marketing, communications, and promotional initiatives that drive business impact. This role partners closely with business leaders across Cummins' Components business unit to develop solutions that effectively support their objectives and target audiences.

As the marketing representative for all First Fit drivetrain and components solutions in-region, this position will regularly coordinate across business units; and will function as Component's Marketing lead in their own marketing strategies, and those of partnering business units, to ensure effective and accurate representation of Cummins' broader Components portfolio.

The position also serves as a key liaison with the broader Corporate Marketing and Communications organization, leveraging enterprise expertise, resources, and capabilities to deliver effective marketing solutions while ensuring alignment with the Cummins brand and overall marketing strategy.
