Your Job

As a QMS Engineer, you will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) within our Optical Solutions business. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and internal quality processes while driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Our Team

Our team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality systems that support manufacturing operations, customer satisfaction, and business growth. We collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Customer Quality functions to ensure compliance, promote best practices, and drive sustainable improvements throughout the organization.

What You Will Do

Maintain and improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS).
Support internal, external, and customer audits.
Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards and customer requirements.
Lead and facilitate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Drive root cause investigations and problem-solving activities.
Partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to implement quality improvements.
Support customer complaint investigations and resolution activities.
Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Promote compliance with ESD and quality system requirements across the organization.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) environment.
Experience supporting internal and external audits.
Knowledge of ISO standards and quality system requirements.
Experience utilizing problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysis tools.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
Advanced English proficiency.

What Will Put You Ahead

Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
Experience supporting customer quality activities and complaint resolution.
Knowledge of ESD requirements and controls.
Experience leading quality improvement initiatives.
Experience with optical products, fiber optics, or transceivers.
Previous leadership or team coordination experience.
