Your Role:
We are seeking an Indirect Buyer responsible for sourcing and purchasing MRO materials, services, and non-production requirements while creating value through competitive sourcing and supplier management.
Our Team:
You will work closely with Maintenance, Facilities, Operations, Finance, EHS, and internal stakeholders to ensure continuity of indirect goods and services.
What You Will Do:
- Manage procurement of MRO materials and indirect services
- Execute sourcing activities including RFQs and supplier evaluations
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements
- Manage PR-to-PO conversion and supplier follow-up
- Support contracts, NDAs, and compliance requirements
- Monitor supplier performance and risk
- Drive cost optimization initiatives
- Implement continuous improvement activities
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement
- Conversational English
- Experience sourcing MRO products and services
- SAP or ERP experience
