Your Role:
We are seeking a Production Planner to translate demand requirements into executable production plans while balancing capacity, material availability, inventory, and customer priorities.
Our Team:
You will partner with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure reliable execution and customer fulfillment.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand
- Execute MPS and MRP processes
- Analyze planning exceptions and system recommendations
- Coordinate capacity and material availability reviews
- Support schedule recovery plans when disruptions occur
- Balance inventory, service, and operational priorities
- Communicate production risks and constraints
- Drive continuous improvement of planning processes
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in production planning, materials planning, or supply chain
- Conversational English
- SAP, MRP, and production planning knowledge
What Will Put You Ahead:
- APICS certification
- Experience within the automotive electronics manufacturing industry.
- Advanced analytical skills
