Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Provide technical leadership for electrical, instrumentation, automation, and control systems across the facility
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, instrumentation, and automation issues to support operational continuity
- Ensure the reliability and availability of motors, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), process instrumentation, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and control systems
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability and plant performance
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring equipment failures
- Manage calibration activities and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and operational requirements
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve safety, reliability, efficiency, and energy utilization across the operation
- Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, commissioning activities, and startup initiatives
- Maintain electrical documentation, control system records, instrumentation databases, and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), while providing technical guidance to maintenance and operations teams
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in industrial manufacturing environments, preferably within food, food ingredients, chemical, or process industries
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, PLCs, automation technologies, drives, and process control systems
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems in manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices
- Experience supporting calibration programs, equipment commissioning, and technical improvement projects
- Understanding of electrical standards, industrial safety requirements, and regulatory compliance obligations
- Intermediate to advanced English communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication abilities
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience working with advanced automation platforms, process control systems, and manufacturing digitalization initiatives
- Experience leading reliability improvement projects that reduce downtime and improve operational performance
- Knowledge of energy optimization, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies
