Job Overview

Oversees supplier readiness, performance, and development for complex or high-impact suppliers. Leads audits, development plans, and escalations to ensure supplier compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with business requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Overseeing supplier readiness, engagement, and performance across quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability dimensions.
  • Leading supplier audits and on-site assessments, including development of improvement plans.
  • Preparing and presenting supplier performance assessments and risk evaluations to management.
  • Partnering with Strategic Sourcing to support supplier selection, localization, and dual-sourcing strategies.
  • Driving supplier improvement initiatives with high-impact or high-risk suppliers.
  • Supporting risk mitigation and recovery plans for ongoing programs and operational disruptions.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
