Lean Manufacturing Engineer

Objetivo del Puesto

Liderar iniciativas de Lean Manufacturing y mejora continua para incrementar la productividad, reducir desperdicios y costos, optimizar procesos y fortalecer la cultura de excelencia operacional mediante la implementación de herramientas Lean y metodologías de solución de problemas.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos productivos y administrativos.
  • Liderar proyectos de mejora continua, Kaizen y Lean Manufacturing.
  • Analizar y mejorar indicadores clave como OEE, productividad, scrap, downtime y labor utilization.
  • Realizar estudios de tiempos, movimientos y balanceo de líneas.
  • Implementar y dar seguimiento a herramientas Lean como 5S, VSM, SMED, TPM, Kanban, Poka-Yoke y Gestión Visual.
  • Desarrollar y mantener Standard Work y procesos estandarizados.
  • Facilitar análisis de causa raíz utilizando metodologías como 5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto y A3.
  • Identificar cuellos de botella y ejecutar acciones para incrementar capacidad y eficiencia.
  • Colaborar con las áreas de Producción, Calidad, Mantenimiento, Materiales, Seguridad e Ingeniería.
  • Capacitar al personal en principios y herramientas de Lean Manufacturing.
  • Monitorear resultados, asegurar la sostenibilidad de las mejoras y reportar ahorros e impactos obtenidos.

Requisitos:

Educación

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Manufactura, Mecánica, Mecatrónica o carrera afín.

Experiencia

  • 2 a 5 años de experiencia en manufactura, ingeniería de procesos, mejora continua o Lean Manufacturing.
  • Experiencia liderando proyectos de mejora continua y equipos multidisciplinarios.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen y mejora continua.
  • 5S, VSM, Standard Work, SMED, TPM, Kanban y Poka-Yoke.
  • OEE, estudios de tiempos y movimientos, balanceo de líneas y análisis de capacidad.
  • Análisis y solución de problemas mediante 5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto, A3 y PDCA.
  • Manejo de Excel y análisis de datos.
  • Deseable conocimiento de sistemas ERP/MES y certificación Lean Six Sigma.
