PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To perform the overall operations within the Fruit and Vegetables department by implementing the required standards and provide excellent customer service for the profitability of the store.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• National Senior Level Certificate.
• Customer service and retail experience.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Collect and pack stock from cold-rooms onto shelves according to set standards, ensuring continuous stock rotation and safe storage.
• Maintain cleanliness on shelves and keep cold-rooms in an orderly manner daily.
• Uphold QDVP4 standards and maintain bulk displays.
• Place correct price stickers on products, update them as needed, and ensure all barcodes scan correctly at tills.
• Place promotional flashes on items and seasonal lines, and inform customers about promotions.
• Provide speedy and effective service to customers, assisting with product enquiries, usage, and pricing information.
