Pinsent Masons is an international law firm with more than 30 offices worldwide. Our Amsterdam office has been established for five years and is home to eight partners and approximately 40 colleagues.

The Corporate team
Our Corporate team advises clients on mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, supporting them throughout the full M&A process, from due diligence through to completion.
We work on complex domestic and international transactions across sectors including life sciences, financial services and telecommunications.
The role
As a Legal PA, you will play a central role within the Corporate practice, acting as a trusted assistant to 2 Corporate partners. You will work closely with another Legal PA and provide proactive support to the wider team.
You will develop a strong understanding of the team’s priorities and of the wider international Pinsent Masons organisation. Alongside the lawyers and the other Legal PA, you will help represent the Corporate practice externally and build effective relationships with clients, international colleagues, courts, authorities and other third parties.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and handling telephone and email correspondence
Maintaining electronic and physical files
Preparing legal and notarial correspondence and procedural documents
Monitoring deadlines, actions and progress
Planning and booking travel
Supporting client onboarding, billing and expense processing
Working closely with the teams involved in relevant administrative processes
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Providing practical support for events and business development activities
About you
You will be a motivated and ambitious professional who enjoys taking responsibility and working as part of a collaborative team.
Ideally, you will have:
Around five years’ experience working as a Legal PA
Experience within corporate law or professional services environment, which would be a strong advantage
Excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy
A proactive, curious and adaptable approach
The ability to manage changing priorities and work at pace
Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English
Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience using iManage or a comparable document management system, although this is not essential
