What to Expect

We’re looking for a hands-on Assembly Associate to join our team in Tilburg and play a key role in the assembly of V4 Pre-assembled Supercharger Units (PSUs). In this role, you’ll perform assembly work, operate a wire winding machine and transport equipment (including a sideloader), and help meet—or exceed—production targets. You’ll also have the chance to support team coordination under the guidance of the Lead Technician, while working collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble V4 Supercharger Units
  • Move, lift, and install Tesla equipment using manual and electric material handling equipment (EA pallet jacks, mobile cranes, stackers)
  • Perform electrical installation work
  • Conduct general quality checks and complete documentation to meet internal and external compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with Leads, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to address issues and drive optimization
  • Help identify minor inefficiencies and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with company policies
  • Support assembly line replenishment of parts and consumables

Additional responsibilities during off-peak times may include:

  • Supporting other departments as business needs require
  • Supporting 5S, cleaning, and layout improvement activities
  • Traveling to external locations to support special projects or rework activities

Wirehaus

  • Operate the wire winding machine, including installing the mother drum and take-off drums
  • Set up the machine via the control panel to the correct requirements
  • Cut cables using manual or integrated cutting equipment
