In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our production, assembly, and warehouse operations run safely, efficiently, and reliably while supporting the continued growth of our business.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work closely with production, warehouse, engineering, and operations teams to maintain and improve a wide range of equipment. Your expertise will help maximize uptime, improve efficiency, and create sustainable solutions that support operational growth. You'll have the opportunity to leverage modern tools and technologies, including additive manufacturing and 3D printing, to solve daily challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements
What you'll do
- Perform preventive maintenance on operational equipment to maximize uptime and equipment reliability.
- Maintain and repair assembly equipment, including mechanical systems and automated cutting machines, to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Service warehouse and shipping equipment such as chargers and strapping machines to support smooth logistics operations.
- Troubleshoot and maintain automation equipment from suppliers including Mecon, Haas, Smart Automation, and others to minimize operational disruptions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records in ServiceNow or equivalent maintenance management systems to support data-driven decision making.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment failures quickly to reduce downtime and protect production schedules.
- Identify opportunities for equipment improvements and implement solutions that increase efficiency and eliminate recurring breakdowns.
- Develop innovative solutions using 3D printing and additive manufacturing technologies to address operational challenges and improve maintenance processes.
- Respond effectively to critical equipment breakdowns and implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
- Train operators on the safe and correct use of machinery to promote workplace safety and equipment longevity.
- Prioritize maintenance activities to ensure assembly buffers and operational targets are maintained.
What you bring
- Experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial, production, or automated equipment.
- Good understanding of mechanical systems and basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience working with preventive maintenance programs and maintenance documentation systems.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and reliability.
- Understanding of maintenance safety standards and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ability to prioritize work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required and willingness to travel (internationally) occasionally.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with automation equipment and industrial machinery from multiple suppliers.
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks and the ability to modify or source drawings for prototyping purposes.
- Experience using 3D printers and additive manufacturing technologies in a maintenance or engineering environment.
