CUSTOMER Fulfillment Coordinator
Summary – basic function of the role
As a Customer Fulfillment Coordinator, you serve as the key link between our customers, Sales, Operations and manufacturing teams. You are responsible for managing the complete customer and order process, from quotation through delivery, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
In this role, you will support customers across the Benelux and EMEA regions, providing timely, accurate and professional service while contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for customers across Benelux and EMEA.
• Prepare quotations and actively follow up on outstanding quotes and leads.
• Coordinate orders from start to finish with Sales, Operations and the Heavy Lifting Technology factory.
• Ensure accurate order administration, reporting and compliance with trade requirements.
• Manage customer complaints and coordinate resolution with the relevant departments.
• Maintain and support Salesforce as a super user.
• Work closely with Accounts on customer credit issues.
• Support the Customer Service Supervisor with reporting and relevant data.
• Support local marketing and customer activities.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and HSSEQ requirements.
Skills and Competencies
• Strong customer focus and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, energetic and well organized, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Professional and articulate in communication with customers and colleagues.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; Dutch is also required. Other languages are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; CRM/Salesforce experience is an advantage.
• Technical affinity is a plus.
Education and Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar customer service/commercial role.
• Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and international trade.
• Experience in an international B2B environment is an advantage.
