compounds that deliver innovative solutions and optimized performance,
contributing to the superior performance of our tyres.
Objective
of the role
Join our
R&D team to develop AI/ML and data-driven models that predict how curatives (reactive
ingredients responsible for vulcanization) influence compound properties
and tyre performance. You will work with laboratory-generated data to develop a
versatile predictive model that links the type and concentration of curatives to the
behaviour of compounds and tyre products. Applying advanced modelling
techniques to real industrial challenges, you will collaborate closely with
experienced researchers in an innovation-driven environment.
Your
tasks Review and clean the available data
Develop an AI/ML model to predict the impact
of curatives on the properties of tyre compounds and their relationship
with tyre performance
Prepare a final report, transfer the model for
use by R&D specialists, and present and discuss the results with the
Compound Development Department team
