We are looking for a talented Solution Engineer - ABU/CBU Europe/Asia Pac Plant Operations IT to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Cummins Emission Solutions in the Roermond, Netherlands.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Support the evaluation of technology solutions to help identify the best fit for plant operations, balancing business needs, technical requirements, and long-term sustainability.
- Configure and optimize applications and systems to ensure they effectively support manufacturing and operational processes across Europe and Asia Pacific.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Contribute to solution design activities by creating technical documentation, workflows, and architecture diagrams that support successful project delivery.
- Assist with testing, validation, and implementation activities to help ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and aligned with business expectations.
- Support data migration, system integration, and application enhancement initiatives that improve operational efficiency and data quality.
- Participate in design, cybersecurity, and technical reviews to help maintain compliance with architecture standards, security requirements, and best practices.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues while providing ongoing support for business-critical applications, helping minimize disruption to plant operations.

Education/ Experience:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimal professional experience required; suitable for recent graduates with strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn quickly.
- Exposure to application configuration, testing, systems analysis, or solution development through work experience, internships, academic projects, or similar experiences is beneficial.
- Experience working with international organizations, or an understanding of the complexity of global business operations and cross-regional collaboration, is advantageous.
