Vi søker en strukturert og løsningsorientert Technical Planner som vil ha en sentral rolle i teknisk planlegging og operasjonell klargjøring av sementeringsaktiviteter. Rollen passer for deg som kombinerer praktisk offshoreerfaring med teknisk forståelse, god systemkompetanse og evne til å sikre at planer, utstyr, dokumentasjon og grensesnitt er klare før operasjonen starter.

Som Technical Planner vil du arbeide tett med engineering, operasjon, verksted, logistikk og kunde for å omsette jobbkrav til gjennomførbare planer. Du følger opp tekniske avklaringer, dokumentasjonskrav og operasjonell beredskap, og bidrar til sikre, effektive og forutsigbare leveranser innen sementering.

Ansvarsområder

• Teknisk planlegging og oppfølging av kommende sementeringsoperasjoner.
• Gjennomgå jobbprogrammer, tekniske krav og kundespesifikasjoner, og sikre at nødvendige avklaringer blir lukket.
• Koordinere teknisk klargjøring av overflate- og nedihullsutstyr i samarbeid med verksted, logistikk og operasjon.
• Følge opp utstyrsstatus, sertifikater, vedlikeholdsbehov, materialbehov og teknisk dokumentasjon før mobilisering.
• Bidra til planlegging av personell, utstyr og kritiske milepæler, samt synliggjøre risiko, avvik og avhengigheter.
• Utarbeide og vedlikeholde arbeidsunderlag, sjekklister, statusoversikter og annen relevant planleggingsdokumentasjon.
• Sikre god informasjonsflyt mellom kunde, engineering, operasjon og støttefunksjoner.
• Støtte evaluering av gjennomførte jobber og følge opp læringspunkter og forbedringstiltak.

Kvalifikasjoner

• Teknisk fagskole og/eller relevant fagbrev innen brønnteknikk eller sementering.
• Minimum fem års operasjonell offshoreerfaring er en fordel.
• Erfaring med og god kjennskap til sementeringsutstyr, både overflate- og nedihullsutstyr.
• God forståelse for teknisk dokumentasjon, operasjonell planlegging og utstyrsberedskap.
• Gode datakunnskaper, særlig i Microsoft 365, SAP og tilsvarende planleggings- og oppfølgingssystemer.
• Evne til å kommunisere godt på norsk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig.

We are looking for a structured and solution-oriented Technical Planner who will play a key role in the technical planning and operational readiness of cementing activities. This role is suited to someone who combines practical offshore experience with strong technical understanding, systems knowledge and the ability to ensure that plans, equipment, documentation and interfaces are ready before operations begin.

As Technical Planner, you will work closely with engineering, operations, workshop, logistics and customers to translate job requirements into executable plans. You will follow up technical clarifications, documentation requirements and operational readiness, contributing to safe, efficient and predictable cementing deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Technically plan and follow up upcoming cementing operations.
• Review job programs, technical requirements and customer specifications, ensuring that required clarifications are closed.
• Coordinate the technical preparation of surface and downhole equipment with the workshop, logistics and operations teams.
• Follow up equipment status, certification, maintenance requirements, material needs and technical documentation before mobilization.
• Support planning of personnel, equipment and critical milestones, while highlighting risks, deviations and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain work packs, checklists, status overviews and other relevant planning documentation.
• Ensure effective information flow between customers, engineering, operations and support functions.
• Support post-job evaluations and follow up lessons learned and improvement actions.

Qualifications

• Technical College and/or a relevant trade certificate within well services or cementing.
• A minimum of five years of operational offshore experience is preferred.
• Experience with and good knowledge of cementing equipment, including surface and downhole equipment.
• Good understanding of technical documentation, operational planning and equipment readiness.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft 365, SAP and similar planning and follow-up systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
