The graduate programme aims to develop future leaders by building business, technical and interpersonal skills through varied experiences and assignments.

• Contribute to business unit objectives by performing assigned duties
• Support banking projects and ensure milestones are met
• Take ownership of projects with leader supervision
• Set and achieve performance and development goals
• Rotate through different business areas for broader exposure
• Attend training sessions to develop professional skills
• Participate in mentoring and networking opportunities
• Learn and apply banking regulations and compliance standards
• Assist in identifying and assessing potential risks
• Comply with health and safety policy requirements

Essential:
• Recent university graduate with a relevant Bachelor’s degree
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in team environments
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Desirable:
• Internship or professional experience advantageous
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
